To request a return you contact our Customer Service team on 1800 004 427.
Please have your Customer Reference number ready which is located at the top of your invoice and begins with the number '2'. If you have only just placed your order, you will see a WWB reference number at the top of your email confirmation.
If your return request is approved, our Customer Service team will then provide instructions on the returns process. At this time you will also be advised of any applicable charges.
The products must be sent to the return address provided. Return freight will be at OfficeMax’s expense only when the goods are faulty or there has been an error on OfficeMax’s part or you are unsatisfied with the substituted product.
Receipt of any products by OfficeMax or any of our agents and representatives that are returned other than in accordance with the above procedures will not constitute nor be deemed to constitute our acceptance of the return of the products for credit.
Digital products (eBooks and other digital products) cannot be refunded. Notification of this condition was provided at the time of order placement.
Products with Access Codes
Products known as 'combo packs', that is a physical book that is wrapped and includes a card with an access code can be returned as per the OfficeMax normal returns policy. The product must not be unwrapped and the access code must not have been activated.
