What do I do if my order is missing items?

If a product is unavailable and cannot be substituted, it will be placed on back order on your behalf. Back ordered products will be delivered to you (at no extra cost) when the product is back in stock.

Please be aware publisher stock release dates for textbooks can vary. On the small chance that a textbook doesn't arrive in your order, be assured we'll send it as soon as the publisher makes it available. 

So you know which products you’re waiting for, we’ll clearly mark your invoice to show which items will be sent to you soon.

Claims for missing products must be addressed with OfficeMax no later than 14 days after you have received your order. Please note that missing items will be sent directly to you via Australia Post at no charge.
