What if my BYOD product is faulty?

If your device, tablet or notebook stops working or your encounter technical problems within the warranty period, you can log a claim at officemax.nua.com.au  or call The Warranty Group on 1300 654 671.
If your device, tablet or notebook arrives damaged or does not operate when first switched on, please call the OfficeMax Schools Team on 1800 004 427 to arrange a replacement.

If the device, tablet or notebook is accidentally damaged, and you have insurance you can log a claim at officemax.nua.com.au  or call The Warranty Group on 1300 654 671. Alternatively, if you don’t have insurance you can discuss your repair options. 

Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the failure does not amount to a major failure.
