All technology devices approved by your school have a minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. Depending on your schools requirements, you may have also purchased a 1 or 2 additional year Product Protection plan, whereby if your device stops working due to electrical or mechanical issues, we will arrange to collect your device, and we can provide you with a loan device if required whilst yours is being serviced. Once fixed, your device is returned and the loan device collected. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
