When you order a device, tablet or notebook through OfficeMax Schools it will be sent directly to the address you have provided on checkout. As BYOD orders are sent from our technology warehouse they won’t be in the same box as any other Requirements List products you may have ordered, and are likely to arrive on a separate day.
Devices are delivered directly to your nominated address and a signature is required. If no-one is at your nominated delivery address a calling card will be left for nearby collection. We endeavour to deliver your goods within 3 business days, however during peak periods stock can be depleted and in this case it can take up to 21 days for your goods to arrive.
